As a service to our customers, molds are largely manufactured in house. This assists us in the control of the design, scheduling, costs and mold maintenance. We will work from computer files, prints or samples. We have yours of experience in precision cam, hot runner and unscrewing tooling. To design an optimum mold, we take into consideration Nylomatic's production environment as well as our customer's volume, specifications and quality requirements.
