Modular Tooling Our patented tooling process offers the LOWEST COST entry to engineered plastic components. Low quantity runs are no barrier to superior materials such as NYLON, ACETAL, and POLYESTER. not only is tooling cost minimized, but low piece prices result from our exclusive multi-cavity, mulit-mold processing.

Modular Tooling System Nylomatic offers modular injection molding - a technique similar to time sharing with several significant economies. Obviating the need for a mold base, and sharing the tooling and production costs with up to 15 other customers, total expense - and time - for tooling the mold and manufacturing the part is a fraction of that for custom mold operations.
